Which gherkins do we export?
Our gherkins are carefully grown in our fields and processed under strict quality controls before being delivered to global markets in their freshest and most durable form. To meet different customer requirements, we supply a wide range of sizes and grades. Our main export categories include:
- Calibrated gherkins: 1–4 cm, 3–6 cm, 6–9 cm, 9–12 cm
- Whole gherkins and baby gherkins
- Natural brine, asetic acid or vinegar-based gherkin options

Our products are offered with various weight
and packaging options according to your needs.
During the packaging process, we preserve the freshness of our gherkins using modern filling and sealing techniques, while supporting sustainability with recyclable packaging options.
Our industrial packaging solutions are suitable for food processing and bulk distribution:
- Pet Jars/ Buckets: 5, 7,5, 10, 15 and 20 kg
- HDPE Drums: 220, 240 ve 260 liters
Our products are prepared in brine or vinegar-based solutions for HORECA and industrial use, and salt levels, spice profiles, and recipes can be customized according to customer requirements.
