Who are we?
ARAUM Group was founded in June 2017 by Dervis Sahilliogullari with the launch of Taze Trading W.L.L. in Qatar.
In March 2019, the company underwent a corporate restructuring and continued its operations under the new name: FOUR HANDS TRADING W.L.L., which remains active today as Araum Group’s entity in the Qatari market.
Later in third quarter of 2017, the Group expanded into Türkiye, laying the foundation for today’s ARAUM TÜRKİYE IMPEX initially established as “Benjamin Gıda ve Madencilik Ltd. Şti.”
In 2021, operations extended to India with the creation of Benjamin Trading Pvt. Ltd.. In May 2025, the company officially rebranded to ARAUM INDIA GLOBAL VENTURES PVT., reflecting its alignment with Araum’s international strategy.
In April 2025, the Dubai-based structure Benjamin Middle East FZCO. transitioned into ARAUM TRADING AND INVESTMENTS LLC, which now serves as Araum Group’s global headquarters.
Finally, the Group is set to launch ARAUM POLAND SP Z.O.O. in fourth quarter of 2025, marking its formal entry into the European market.
